Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
What about customs?
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Can I return a product?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@walkyourpresence.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where are your products manufactured?
Walk Your Presence products are created and distributed by Alna d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia.
